Teens and adults are welcome to join a series of virtual yoga classes for beginners provided courtesy of SJPL and the Edenvale Library.
These online classes will feature healthy yoga stretching and poses taught by a certified volunteer yoga instructor. Each class will aim to strengthen and promote flexibility in the body, along with proper breathing and meditation techniques.
This meeting will be held online via Zoom. For ages 16 and up. Registration is required. A link and password will be sent to you 24-48 hours in advance of the event. If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
