The “Young Yogis” class is for kids of all ages to learn and practice yoga exercises in a safe and fun environment. Connect with your peers as you learn and practice yoga techniques. This class will be co-taught by two siblings - a college student and recent college graduate - who were introduced to yoga at a young age and have been teaching yoga for 4 and 7 years respectively. No experience with yoga is required, and a mat or towel is recommended.
This meeting will be held online via Zoom. Please register to receive the link prior to the start of the program. An Exercise Program Waiver form will be sent to those who have registered. Registration closes at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 5th.
