Events › New Georgian Book Collection Celebration

Enjoy Georgian music, food, and books! Join Mayor Matt Mahan and SJPL as we partner with the Georgian Heritage Foundation to announce our new Georgian book collection featuring Georgian literary classics, culture, history, and traditions. Come taste authentic Georgian cuisine from Bevri, a Bay Area-based Georgian restaurant and enjoy a live performance by Zaza Korinteli. The event will kick-off with remarks by Mayor Matt Mahan, City Librarian Jill Bourne, Consulate General of Georgia in San Francisco, and Founder of the Georgian Heritage Foundation.
