YTI is offering a series of free workshops that focus on programming skills:

August 27: Roblox Games - Fire your imagination and build your own
games! Learn programming skills in a simple and fun way. This
interactive course leverages the excitement of Roblox, transforming
gameplay into a hands-on coding experience. We use Roblox to bring
coding to life, evolving the way students interact with their favorite
games. By the end, students aren't just playing Roblox—they're using
code to shape and enhance it.

September 3: Digital Illustration - In this course, youth will
learn how to use their iPads to make amazing digital pieces of art.
Students will become familiar with navigation through the Procreate app
and learn how to sketch a design, ink/outline it, and digitally color
the piece. This will take place 100% on the iPads.

September 5: Make An App - Learn the basics of programming through mobile
app development using the MIT App Inventor platform. In this course, we
use the engaging, block-based coding approach to bring students'
imaginative ideas to life in the form of functional mobile apps.
