Events › Family Storytime with Valley Water

Valley Water will be presenting a family storytime, about The Little Blue Hen!  The Little Blue Hen is inspired by “The Little Red Hen” story, and tells the tale of the Little Blue Hen, as she learns to conserve water daily.  Told in a storybook style, and with opportunities for choral reading, students will learn fun ways to help conserve water in their homes.  

Through stories and other activities, children will have the opportunity to participate and learn fun ways to help conserve water in their homes.

Family storytime is designed to accommodate a mix of ages and invites the entire family to participate in early literacy activities such as stories, songs, rhymes, fingerplays, and movement activities.
