Experience the soothing calm of yoga and meditation, as presented by our partner, The Heartfulness Institute each Saturday. Yoga is taught by certified instructors and meditation is taught by a Heartfulness certified instructor.
Yoga may be either chair or regular yoga.
The program structure is 75 minutes as described below:
5 min Meet & greet
35 min Yoga and Pranayama (different styles like hatha or arkaya yoga)
5 min posture change break
25 min Heartfulness Relaxation & Meditation (experience, hands-on)
This program is geared to enrich the lives of adults and seniors.
Please note that all NEW participants will need to complete the Exercise Waiver in order to be able to participate. The Exercise Waiver must be completed before your first day of participation. Exercise Waivers will be provided at each meeting.
