Join us for a blood pressure check and health presentation on high blood pressure hosted by On Lok Senior Health Services. Meet our nurse Josselyn Torres (RN) and enrollment specialist Brandon Chen, and learn more about the services On Lok provides, as well as the PACE program.

On Lok PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for Elderly) is a full-service program that supports seniors to remain living at home as long as possible by providing medical care, social engagement, home care and medical transportation. Our team of healthcare professionals create a personalized care plan for each participant. The plan includes a wide range of services available at our center or your home.
