Children ages 7-12 are invited to kick off the Summer Learning program with magician Brian Scott's Magic Workshop! Part workshop and part magic show, this event equals A LOT of fun! Attendees will learn what magic is and how different things like math, science and theater can help make magic come to life. Not only will audience members watch and interact with the show, they will go home knowing how to perform a few tricks of their own with items found at home. Magician Brian Scott has been entertaining family audiences for over 30 years and runs the Bay Area School of Magic.
Recommended for children ages 7-12. Pre-registration not required, but space is limited. Children participating in the workshop must pick up a ticket at the Information Desk (adult family members accompanying children do not need a ticket). Tickets will become available 30 minutes prior to the start of the program.
This program generously sponsored by the Friends of the West Valley Branch Library.
