Make Music San José is a free community-curated celebration of music held on the summer solstice. We look forward to celebrating with you on June 21, 2025. This year, Educational Park Branch Library is pleased to present Rosemarie Austin, who will be performing songs for children and families!
Rosemarie Austin is an educator and songwriter in the San Francisco Bay Area, who, since having two children of her own, has written songs that connect with a playful curiosity that is a large part of childhood. She is inspired by and tries to emulate performers who engage the child in us all, so that all family members are included. She writes original songs in multiple genres (children's, jazz, country, blues), including Pizza Train Song, Baby's Got No Blues Yet, and many more!
Free. No registration is required. Please get tickets at the Information Desk starting 30 minutes before the program.
This event is supported by our partners at the City of San Jose Office of Cultural Affairs. Learn more at Make Music Day.
