Curious about Filipino cuisine? Looking for a tasty, healthy, and vegan option for dinner? In honor of Immigrant Heritage Month, the West Valley Branch Library is happy to host chef RG Enriquez-Diez from Astig Vegan for a virtual cooking class! Enriquez-Diez immigrated to the U.S. from the Philippines as a teenager and relied on food from her homeland to comfort her before eventually deciding to become vegan. Join us to learn how to make a delicious vegan Filipino dish, and meet chef RG Enriquez-Diez.
