ESL 502 Listening & Speaking 1

What will you learn in this class? This is a non-credit high-beginning level ESL course designed to improve students' listening, speaking, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary skills. Students will learn how to pronounce basic words correctly, engage in basic communication with others, understand/use basic grammar structures, and acquire/expand basic vocabulary.

Before the classes start, you must complete a Guided Self-Placement (GSP). This is not a test—it's simply an assessment to help us place you in the most appropriate ESL class based on your current English level. 

We will assist you with the application and registration process in person at the Edenvale Branch Library.
