All are welcome to join us for yoga and meditation, filled with fun and fitness! Learn basic Yoga routines, develop flexibility, relaxation and better health!
No registration needed. Walk-ins are welcome! A signed SJPL exercise waiver required for all participants -- to be provided on site. Please bring your own yoga mat and yoga blocks (optional) for your comfort.
