Get one-on-one support with everyday tech questions in a friendly and supportive environment.

Our Tech Mentor can help you with things like:

• Basic smartphone, tablet, and computer help
• Connecting to Wi-Fi
• Setting up and using Email
• Downloading and using apps
• Making video calls (Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meets, etc.)
• Browsing the internet (search engine basics, making simple searches, etc.)
• Navigating the SJPL website and digital resources
