Description

During this 4-session program, children ages 11-14 will be introduced to the fundamentals of remote-controlled (RC) systems, learning basic electrical and mechanical engineering concepts and then using what they learn to build their very own remote-controlled cars! Participants will learn how to think like an engineer as they apply engineering concepts. The program consists of lectures, experimenting time, and build time for small groups. NOTE: This 4-session program meets on four, consecutive Saturdays from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM starting on Saturday, March 21 and ending on Saturday, April 11. Pre-registration is required, and registered participants are expected to attend all 4 sessions. Please do not register unless your child is able to attend all four sessions.
