Reading with Dogs

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Berryessa

Description

Join us at the Berryessa Branch, where well-behaved and book-loving dogs can't wait to meet you! Participants will read a book to the dogs and then spend time together. Children will benefit from reading aloud and from socializing with a compassionate animal and their peers in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.

Tell a story to a pal!

Palo Alto Humane, our partner,  kindly provides their trained dogs so the library families can enjoy their company, read, and have fun!

We love all pets, but please do not bring your own to the program. Please avoid loud noises.

Free, with limited capacity. No registration required.

Attendance is limited to 40 families. One ticket per family.
Tickets will be distributed 30 minutes before the program's start on the first come first served basis.
