Our Tech Mentor assistance can include but not limited to: 

• Basic smartphone, tablet, and computer help
• Setting up and using Email
• Downloading and using apps
• Making video calls (Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meets, etc.)
• Browsing the internet (search engine basics, making simple searches, etc.)
• Navigating the SJPL website and digital resources

*Please note: Tech Mentor support is limited to basic technology questions.

*Drop-ins are accepted.

Appointments are recommended.
